[摘要] The Premier decrees to set up public register of dishonest exporters and to authorize, beginning from 1 September 2015 export of fruits, vegetables, potatoes, cucurbits crops and grapes exclusively by rail and by air. Grounds for insertion of businesses and economic entities in the list of dishonest exporters shall be presence of overdue receivables related to export contracts and untimely mandatory sale of foreign currency originating from export contracts to authorized banks.
