Law No. 267-II on trademarks, service marks and names of the places of origin of commodities.

[摘要] This Law regulates relations originating from the use of trademarks, service marks and names of the places of origin of commodities. Place of origin of commodities shall be recognized name of country, locality or other geographic object used for designation of commodities which properties shall have predominant characteristics of the given geographic object in accordance with environmental conditions or combination of environmental conditions and other factors.
