Governmental Decree No. 645 validating the Regulation on State Stockpiles Fund.

[摘要] TThis Governmental Decree establishes that State Stockpiles Fund shall be state institution authorized to perform executive and supervisory functions, and also management of state stockpiles in the process of distribution, storage, turnover, replenishment and use of state stockpiles. The scope of Fund shall be to ensure availability of stockpiles in case of outbreak of disasters or emergencies.
