Farm Products Marketing Act (R.S.O. 1990, c.F.9).
[摘要] The purpose of this Act is to ensure the control and regulation in any or all aspects of the producing and marketing within Ontario of farm products, including the prohibition of such producing or marketing in whole or in part. The Act contains at the outset a definition clause relating to various terms employed therein such as, for example, “Commission”, “farm product”, “licence”, “local board”, “marketing”, “plant”, “regulated product”, etc. The Ontario Farm Products Marketing Commission may:
