Ministerial Decree No. 200 validating hygienic norms “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements for food processing enterprises.”
[摘要] This Ministerial Decree establishes that “Sanitary and epidemiological requirements food processing enterprises” shall be applicable to: (a) projecting, construction, re-construction, re-equipment and putting in operation; (b) keeping and maintenance of equipment and premises; (c) processing, handling, packaging, transportation, storage and enrichment of foodstuffs; (c) production control; and (d) hygienic training of staff.
