[摘要] This Regulation lays down some amendments to Annex III to Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004, which sets forth specific hygiene requirements applicable to products of animal origin. The Appendix to Annex III, which lays down the model document to accompany raw material for the production of gelatine or collagen intended for human consumption, is replaced.
