[摘要] The present Regulations have been adopted in implementation of EEC Regulation No. 2082/92, relating to certificates of specific character for agricultural products and foodstuffs. First of all, regulation 4.1 designates the Malta Standards Authority as the competent authority for the purposes of the EEC Regulation above-mentioned.
