[摘要] This Joint Executive Decree, consisting of 7 sections, abrogating the PROCAFÉ, U.E.E. as Regional Supply Company of Coffee Sector for not having accomplished the corporate purpose for which it was constituted and whose sale off is expected to close within two years, being the Institute for Public Entrepreneurial Sector (ISEP) the competent liquidator entity.
