Commission Regulation (EC) No. 548/2009 amending Regulation (EC) No. 760/2008 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 as regards authorisations for the use of casein and caseinates in the manufacture of cheeses.

[摘要] This Regulation replaces the text of article 1, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EC) No. 760/2008, which concerns the granting of authorizations for the use of casein and caseinates in the manufacture of cheeses. In compliance with new article 119 of Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007, prior authorization for using casein and caseinates will not be required unless aid is paid under article 100 of the Regulation above-mentioned.
