Guidance No. 9841 on control of the handling of specified risk materials.
[摘要] These guidelines describe how the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration’s control of specified risk material (SRM) in slaughterhouses, cutting plants and at retail butchers are carried. The guidelines also describe the frequency of inspections to be carried out and how their results must be registered.
