[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Foodstuffs) (Accession of Bulgaria and Romania) Regulations 2008 by prescribing that a reference in Regulations made under the European Communities Act 1972 to Council Directive No. 89/108/EEC is construed and has effect as if the reference is a reference to that Directive as amended by the Annex to Council Directive 2006/107/EC.
