Ordinance on surveillance of zoonosis and zoonotic disease.
[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the detection by food business operators of certain micro-organisms present in foodstuff. Article 3 establishes that if a food operator discovers harmful micro-organisms in foodstuff, he shall have to notify without delay the competent authority. The text consists of 4 articles.
