Food Security Allowance Rules, 2015

[摘要] These Rules state that the foodgrains shall be allotted to the entitled persons by the Central and State governments as per the timelines set by the Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 or any other order similar passed by the Central Government. Furthermore, the Rules also provide that nodal officers appointed by the State governments should oversee the payment of food security allowance in case of non-supply of foodgrains to the entitled persons.
