Organic Production and Labelling of Organic Products Regulations, 2018 (L.N. 1 of 2018).

[摘要] These Regulations implement European Union legislation in force governing organic production and labelling of organic products. In particular, these provisions concern the measures to be taken to control the organic production and labelling of agricultural products. The Agriculture Directorate is designated to be the competent authority on these matters. Further, the Organic Farming Advisory Board is established.
