Ordinance amending the Food Penalty Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Food Penalty Ordinance in its version 4 May 2016. In particular, the Ordinance adds article 11 dealing with enforcement of certain provisions of the Regulation (EU) No. 609/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on food intended for infants and young children, food for special medical purposes, and total diet replacement for weight control.
