Brandenburg Milk Quality Ordinance.

[摘要] The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to quality examinations for milk and milk products in Brandenburg. Article 2 establishes that, in order to keep a high degree of quality of the milk and its products, during the production process all producers shall have to ensure that regular sampling is being carried out by the competent authority. The text consists of 6 articles and 1 Annex.
