Licensing (Food Hygiene Requirements) (Scotland) Order 2011 (S.S.I. No. 128 of 2011).

[摘要] This Order concerns the licensing of vehicles, kiosks or moveable stall that sell food and which shall, in accordance with section 39 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982, obtain a certificate by the food authority (in Scotland, a local authority) stating that the vehicle, kiosk or moveable stall complies with such requirements as the Scottish Ministers may specify. A part of those (Community-imposed) requirements are listed in Schedule 2 to the Food Hygiene (Scotland) Regulations 2006.
