Export of Tomatoes (Packing and Grading) Ordinance, 1980.

[摘要] This Ordinance concerns quality control of tomatoes to be delivered to the Guernsey Tomato Marketing Board and intended for exportation and in particular regulates the packing and grading of tomatoes. A person may, under and in accordance with a licence granted by the States, deliver tomatoes or cause tomatoes to be delivered to the Board otherwise than in accordance with any of the rules regarding quality, grading and packing as laid down by this Ordinance.
