[摘要] This Decree-Law, consisting of 9 articles, approves the Regulation on Industry and Trade of Foodstuff. This Regulation, consisting of 7 Chapters, establishes the requirements and norms to be satisfied by any commercial, industrial or service activity, related to foodstuff. This Regulation establishes the basic norms to be satisfied for animal slaughtering, transformation, production, packaging, storage, transport, distribution, marketing and commercialization of any foodstuff.
