Law amending Law on Trademarks and Geographical Indications.

[摘要] Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The rules for application and protection of trademarks and geographical indications shall be regulated by legislative acts, including the territory of the European Union, in compliance with the modalities of registration of trademarks”.
