[摘要] This Regulation implements the Meat Industry Act 1978 by providing for the calculation and the collection of the levies prescribed under the Act. In particular, it deals with the following issues: Definitions; Calculation of levy; Notice of amount of levy; Changes in occupancy or ownership of land; Applications for certificates of levies due and payable; Certificates of levies due and payable; Objection to validity of levy; Overdue levies; Levy books, etc.
