Second Ordinance amending the Maximum Mycotoxine Content Ordinance and other Foodstuff Ordinances.

[摘要] The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Maximum Mycotoxine Content Ordinance of 2 June 1999 (BGBl. I, p. 1248). In particular, it amends article 4 concerning official control of ochratoxin-A contents in or on foodstuff as laid down in Annex 2. Furthermore, a new paragraph 5 is added concerning official control of fusarientoxin in or on foodstuff as laid down in Annex 2.
