[摘要] This Order establishes that from 1 November 2006 territorial bodies of the Federal Supervision Service over Protection of Consumers Rights and Human Well-being shall be authorized to carry out the state registration of products for special dietary uses (bread and bakery products for dietary and diabetic uses). Registration certificates issued by the territorial bodies of the Federal Supervision Service over Protection of Consumers Rights and Human Well-being shall be valid on the whole territory
