Appeals Procedure Regulations (P.E.I. Reg. EC142/86).

[摘要] The present Regulation enacts section 29 of the Natural Products Marketing Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to procedures concerning appeals. The text – consisting of 11 sections – deals with the following matters: notice of appeal, content of notice, additional information, service, amendments, formal defect, definition of issues and place of hearing.
