Regional Law No. 33 “On licensing of retail trade of liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law establishes the modalities of licensing of retail trade of liquors by legal persons. Licences shall be issued separately for retail trade of spirits (including vodka) and wines (including natural wine) for a maximum period of five years. Licences shall be subject to prolongation by issuance of a new licence for me period of maximum five years. Issuance of licence for retail trade of liquors shall require payment of licence fees.
