Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of RI No. 46/PERMEN-KP/2014 on Import Quality Control and Product Safety of Fisheries Imported into the Territory of Republic of Indonesia.

[摘要] This Regulation, consisting of 12 Chapters divided into 29 articles and four Annexes, establishes Import Quality Control and Product Safety of Fisheries Imported into the Territory of Republic of Indonesia. The scope of this Ministerial Regulation includes: importation requirement and procedure of fishery product; inspection of fishery product; entry point of fishery product; entry of fishery product as carry on baggage; and re-importation of fishery product.
