[摘要] The Decree amends a number of legislative texts relating to the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on products on plant and animal origin, in accordance with Commission Directive 2002/42/EC. With article 1, a set of new maximum levels for pesticide residues (bentazone and pyridate residues on cereals) are added to Annex II (Part A) of Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88.
