Ministerial Joint Decision No. 338/2003 amending article 36 of the Codex Alimentarius in compliance with Council Directive No. 2002/82/EC.

[摘要] With the purpose of implementing Council Directive No. 2000/51/EC which amends Council Directive No. 95/31/EC laying down specific purity criteria on food additives other than colours and sweeteners, article 36 of the Greek Codex Alimentarius is amended. In the specific, the annex to article 36 listing down a number of food additives is replaced by the one set forth by the present Decision.
