Decree No. 150 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on labelling of foodstuffs.

[摘要] This Decree establishes the modalities of labelling of foodstuffs circulating on the national territory. Labels shall be posted in visible places on primary packaging of foodstuffs. Information contained in labels shall be comprehensible, visible, legible and indelible. Information contained in label must not mislead the consumer in relation to characteristics, identification, quality, quantity, contents, period of validity, and place of origin or manufacturing methods of foodstuffs.
