Decree on Personnel for purposes of the Foodstuffs Ordinance.

[摘要] This Decree provides rules relative to hygienic and health conditions of persons working in food processing, handling and distribution establishments. These persons shall be registered in a register kept by the Director of Public Health. Only persons that have obtained a health certificate of the Minister and do not suffer of infectious diseases may be employed in food businesses. Personnel shall observe certain hygiene rules.
