Notification No. 2009/25 on fermented milk products.
[摘要] The aim of this Notification is to ensure that fermented products are produced with the right technique and sanitary procedures. It encloses fermented milk products, fermented UHT milk products and composite milk products based on these products. The Notification further sets forth the product features and the rules and procedures of preparation, processing, packaging, conservation, storage, transportation and sales.
