Law on the levying of a tax for the territorial promotion of wine.

[摘要] The present Law lays down provisions relating to the levying of a tax for the territorial promotion of wine produced in Hessen. Article 2 establishes that the German Wine Fund shall collect such a tax. The text consists of 8 articles.
