Fruit Marketing Act [Chapter 18:03].
[摘要] This Act concerns the quality of fruit produced in Zimbabwe. "Fruit means any fruit declared in terms of section 3 by the Minister of Agriculture or another Minister to whom the President has assigned the administration of this Act, to be fruit for the purposes of this Act. No person shall use the national mark prescribed for a specified fruit or a mark similar to the national mark, unless such use is permitted under this Act (sec.4).
