Legislative Decree No. 27 on penalties to be applied in case of infringement of Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 on nutrition and health claims made on foods.

[摘要] This Legislative Decree lays down the penalties to be applied in case of infringement of the provisions set out in Regulation (EC) No. 1924/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council, which concerns nutrition and health claims made in commercial communications, whether in the labelling, presentation or advertising of foods to be delivered as such to the final consumer, including foods which are placed on the market unpacked or supplied in bulk.
