Decree No. 984 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on export of fresh, dry and processed fruits and vegetables.

[摘要] This Decree sets forth the procedure for export of fresh, dry and processed fruits and vegetables. Fresh fruits and vegetables shall be exported in accordance with direct contracts when exporters receive a 100% advance payment in foreign currency from the value of the shipped products. At the same time JSC "Uzagroexport" shall be authorized to export fresh fruits and vegetables on the following conditions: (a) no less than 30 percent of the prepayment from the value of the fruits and vegetables
