Law No. 429-Z “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of liquors”.

[摘要] This Law shall regulate manufacturing of liquors; it shall not be applicable to manufacturing of homemade spirits destined for proper consumption. State regulation shall be carried out in the following forms: (a) licensing; (b) setting production quotas; (c) quality and safety control; and (d) hygienic registration and compulsory compliance certification. Authorization for manufacturing, export, import, storage, wholesale and retail trade of liquors shall be granted exclusively to legal persons.
