[摘要] This Act is divided into 32 articles and 9 sections. It introduces a new regime which covers several aspects of the appellation of origin of wines: (a) utilization of the appellations of origin (D.O.C. and D.O.C.G.) and typical geographical areas; (b) classification; (c) territorial delimitation of the area concerned; (d) coexistence of different types of wines within the same area; (e) granting and withdrawal of the appellation of origin; (f) production rules; (g) chemical and physical analysis
