[摘要] The aim of this Regulation is to protect ecological balance, maintain consumer protection and to regulate, develop and extend organic production and marketing of organic products. The provisions of this Regulation refers to all kinds of organic plant, animal and aquaculture production the Regulation also covers the reaping of forest products in accordance with the principles of organic farming.The Regulation further provides for the implementation of principles and procedures of organic farming
