Decree No. 99 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating “Technical Regulation on grain safety”.

[摘要] This Technical Regulation establishes requirements for safety of grain destined for human consumption and animal feedstuffs. It shall not be applicable to seed grain and grain obtained with the application of GMO technologies. Grain shall be subject to mandatory identification for compliance with safety requirements. Grain must comply with hygienic, sanitary and veterinary requirements in course of processing, handling, transport, storage, release, trade and recycling. Fertilizers and pesticides
