Food (Control and Sale) (Amendment) (No. 2) Law, 2004 (Law No. 172(I)/2004).
[摘要] This law is issued with the purpose of (a) enacting the issuance of Regulations as regards the compliance of the Cypriot legislative frame with EU legislation on materials in contact with foodstuffs; (b) expand further the powers of inspection and control on materials in contact with foodstuffs; (c) include a broader number of cases in which controlling officers may sample foodstuffs for official analysis.
