Regional Law No. 1994-OZ amending Regional Law No. 59-OZ “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors”.

[摘要] Article 4 (1) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Retail trade and vending of alcoholic beverages with ethyl alcohol contents varying from 1,2 to 9 percent, containing caffeine and (or) other energizing components ,classified as such in accordance with the national standard of the Russian Federation, shall be prohibited on the regional territory”.
