Regional Law No. 489-01-ZMO “On state regulation of manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors”.

[摘要] This Regional Law regulates manufacturing and trade of ethyl alcohol and liquors. It shall be applicable to legal persons and organizations carrying out the aforesaid carrying out the aforesaid activities as a form of entrepreneurial activity. The scope of this Regional Law shall be to ensure quality and safety of ethyl alcohol for consumer protection. Manufacturing and trade, including vending, of ethyl alcohol and liquors shall require issuance of licence and payment of licence fees.
