Food Safety Act 2006 (Cap. 28.08).
[摘要] This Act provides rules relative to the quality and hygiene of food placed on the market in Tuvalu. The rules concern, among other things: the labelling and advertisement of food; the licensing and registration of food business premises; health of persons who handle food; prohibition of taking of food produced in closed areas; the prohibition of placing specified food on the market; illegal practices in relation with the placing of food on the market; and food inspection and analysis.
