Regulation on protected designations of origin, protected geographical indications and traditional specialties guaranteed for agricultural products and foodstuffs.

[摘要] This Regulation hereby defines the terms and contents of the National protection procedure called/denominated as Protected designation of origin (PDO), including the Protected geographical indication (PGI) and Traditional specialty guaranteed (JTS) all related to agricultural or food products; further defining various administrative forms, responsibilities of the competent bodies, deadlines, contents and manner of keeping records.
