European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin for Pesticide Residues) (Amendment) (No.2) Regulations 2014 (S.I. No. 194 of 2014).

[摘要] These Regulations amend the European Communities (Official Controls on the Import of Food of Non-Animal Origin for Pesticide Residues) Regulations 2011. They carry into effect amendments made to Commission Regulation 669/2009 by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No. No 323/2014 in relation with revision of controls on the import of certain food and feed of non-animal origin from specific third countries with regard to pesticide residues.
