Butter Marketing Ordinance.
[摘要] An Ordinance to implement Community Law on milk fat used in the production of foodstuffs, such as icecream, sweets and others. Article 3 contains a definiton clause relating to various terms therein employed, such as "producer", "authorized producer", "retail saler", etc. The AMA ("Agrarmarkt Austria") is bound to implement the provisions of this Ordinance. Article 4 establishes the requirements for a producer to be officially recognized by the EC. Thereafter, the text deals with issues such as
