Decree (2011:419) amending Decree (2006:814) relative to animal feed and by-products of animal origin.

[摘要] This Decree partly amends Decree 814, in particular articles 2, 8, 10, 12, 13-15, 17-19 and 21 being inserted prior to article 2, and with the insertion of seven new sections (articles 10a-10g). The national Board of Agriculture may issue regulations on animals or animal parts to be used as feed and shall perform authority duties according to Act (2006:805) provisions, and to ensure compliance with EU regulations with regard to data on animal waste management and inspection.
