Regulation on the method and place of sampling grapes and grape wine during fermentation.
[摘要] This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of six articles and one Annex. From the batch of grapes intended for the production of grape wine, the sample of grapes is taken from at least three different places of this batch, each 1 kg of grapes.
