Decree prescribing criteria for the approval of the importation of plant protection substances (No. 1158 of 1987).

[摘要] This Decree regulates certain aspects of the importation of plant protection substances that do fall with the application sphere of food laws and requires an importer to take certain measures to secure the right handling of such substances. In each importing company there shall be appointed a person responsible for plant protection. Such person take care of all duties of the company as set out in the present Decree.
