Order No. 1372n of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Development validating the Regulation on Federal Supervision Service for Consumer Protection Human Wellbeing.

[摘要] This Order establishes that officials of Federal Supervision Service for Consumer Protection Human Wellbeing shall be granted the right of inspection of vehicles transporting alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs for compliance of the aforesaid vehicles with sanitary rules and regulations and to issue warrants obliging cessation of trade and vending of alimentary raw materials and foodstuffs non-complying with sanitary and hygienic rules and regulations.
